NOTES

• A look is one clothing outfit. The Varsity collection includes hairstyle and make-up. A second look would include more outfits and slight hair and make-up alteration if needed.
• Two sessions (Pk 4 and 5)  One session when you get your cap and gown, and the other one any time during the school year, before May.
• The USB upgrade includes your favorite images on a USB printable up to 8x10 with print release.
• Cell phone app of your images.
• In each package, you are given a maximum time limit to ensure that we have plenty of time to bring out your artistic styles and capture what we need to represent your personality.

* Additional $80 print credit will be given in level 4 if hair and make-up are not needed.

 

PROCESS

1. - WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND A CONSULTATION MEETING TO CLEARLY EXPLAIN PACKAGES, GIVE SOME ADVICE ABOUT WARDROBE AND TO PLAN THE SESSION

2.- THE PHOTOGRAPHIC SESSION IS PERFORMED

3.- VIEWING APPOINTMENT IN THE STUDIO. YOU WILL PICK YOUR FAVORITE IMAGES AND PLACE THE PRINT ORDER. IT MUST BE PAID IN FULL SAME DAY. WE RECOMMEND TO ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE DECISION OF WHAT TO BUY, TO BE THERE SO THE ORDER IS PLACED. REMEMBER THAT THESE PRICES ARE IN SPECIAL ONLY THAT DAY, IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER ANY OTHER DAY, THEY WILL BE AT REGULAR PRICE, WHICH IS ABOUT 30% HIGHER

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Prices do not include travel expenses for shoots on locations beyond 20 miles. Taxes, fees etc are calculated on your itemized invoice. All retainers are non-refundable and can be made in the form of cash, check or credit card.  The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival to the shoot. A model release must be signed upon arrival or prior to the shoot. All of our seniors under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at all times. 

Retainer

50% retainer fee required upon booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due the day of the consultation or the day of the session.

Turnaround Time 

Clients can expect to receive their photos in 4 weeks or less.

Retouching / Photo Editing

Color correction and minor skin retouch are included in your package, but photo editing and complex retouching are not. The following outlines the differences between retouching and photo editing. Hair and makeup services make this process much more efficient.

• Retouching ($25/image): Includes basic blemish removal, light skin smoothing, and minor flyaway taming.
• Signature editing ($60/hour): Includes more complicated edits such as wrinkle removal from fabrics, hair adjustments, background changes, etc.

Cancellation

A cancellation of your session forfeits the retainer. 

Rescheduling

We understand that things occasionally come up and require a need for rescheduling. Your deposit is transferrable due to rescheduling as long as you provide us with one week's notice. The rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the original shoot date. Once 30 days have passed your session will be considered Cancelled.   

Late Arrival / No Shows

We recommend you allow adequate time so that you arrive on time. Your shoot time is just that, your time. Being late deducts from your shoot time. If you have a 90-minute session at 10:00 am but show up at 10:45, you have 45 minutes of shoot time remaining. It’s simple as that. It will be considered a cancellation if you fail to show during your shoot time and your deposit will be forfeited. 

Reshoot / Refund Policy

We will offer a reshoot or refund if we have a technical problem where your images are not retrievable. However, simply stating that you don't like your photos do not constitute a reshoot or refund. We are very consistent with our lighting and editing results so please take a look at our portfolio. We crop images so that they are aesthetically appealing and interesting. If you find a number of images in your gallery where the top of your head is cropped, I assure you it is NOT an error. Your images should not look like a passport photo.
